Priority is now open to everyone on Virgin Media! Now that O2 and Virgin Media have joined forces, we wanted to share the love and the treats. This app is one of my absolute favourites! Since the lockdown i have been claiming more things and have been really impressed that O2 have managed to keep the variety despite the current situation. However, with the MoveGB offer it was impossible to resist.
I am, of course, a HUGE fan of the early access concert tickets as well and had a couple of shows lined up. They ended up being cancelled and O2 kept me updated on new dates and stuff.
Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a nice little rewards app in their pocket! However I can say O2 are amazing and I hope I win so I will then be able to say first hand how amazing priority really is. Not even the 10 grand get away. I tap the website link in the text and the app opens instead of the website I clicked, which I hate. I try holding on the address in the text and saying open in browser, but the app still hijacks the link.
I try copying the address and physically pasting it into Safari, which takes me to the rewards website. I log in and am instantly hijacked by the app again which says no rewards available. So if your app isn't in sync with the website, what's the point. I won't be reinstalling.

If you are inside a building, the phone might have a problem finding your exact location. It's the same if you're on the move - the phone can take a while to catch up depending upon the speed you're travelling. Priority serves up offers that are nearby — so knowing your location is important. Go into the Settings page and toggle the switch for Location to On.
The phone will then automatically detect where you are and list all the offers nearby. If you have any problems with a voucher, or you find a voucher code doesn't work at the store or venue, tell the merchant or partner first - you'll find the details in the voucher small print.
