I just recall all the comments about her legs looking so awful the last time she was in a dress. Tights should be banned forever. I am thinking of how unflattering they are on Kirstie, Christina Aguilera, Kim and the other Kardashians including the Mom. Why do they continue to stuff their flabby thighs into tights, of all things. Have they never heard of properly tailored slacks or skirts that fall nicely off the hips? Tights with heels look hookerish on anyone.
Regardless of her size, I love her hourglass shape. But being told that only stick-thin is acceptable has become galling. Kirsty looks fine. I think everyone should justleave her alone and let her be happy with the current weight. I hope she can stick to it and not start yo-yoing again. She looks like exactly what she is: a fat, hideous, poorly-dressed blob with a face that deserves to be run-over by a bulldozer, and no perceptible talent.

In Fat Actress we witnessed a bitter Ms. Alley in general decline, with depleting funds, an expired contract, and a desperate desire to be thin and in movies. This is not to say that the image of Alley approaching the end of her tether while swinging and screaming and clawing her way back to perceived beauty in Fat Actress is not funny or without comedic merit.
It is also not to say that there was never a point to the countless shallow weight loss pursuits. After years of self-loathing and personal sabotage, Alley is learning to accept the things she cannot change while doing her best to change the things she can.
